Add Lime, Le Sirop Ginger, Mint, and Hendricks Gin to empty shaker, add ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into the glass of your choice up or over ice. Enjoy!


Simple, tasty, refreshing, and delicious! The perfect fit for cocktails with friends on St Patty’s day! Chicago’s favorite boozy holiday is upon us and Irish Whiskey fits the bill. Teeling Irish Whiskey to be exact. It’s perfect vanilla notes are semi Rum-esk but kind of fitting seeing as it’s aged in rum barrels but it’s also a little higher proof so for those of you starting early, you won’t be disappointed.

If you want to make it for more than just yourself, there’s an easy solution to that too! Just add a full bottle of the Teeling, along with a full bottle of Le Sirop Ginger Zest, and a cup and a half of fresh lime juice. If you live in Chicago, Mariano’s Fresh Market often has juices like fresh lime juice in the cooler which will save you tons of time! Rip up the mint, add some ice, and pour the mix over the ice and enjoy!
